How do delivery and setup work?
Our professional team handles the entire process. We deliver, perform a white-glove setup, and ensure everything is perfect before your event begins.
What is the standard rental timing?
Standard rentals include a 6-hour event window, with setup occurring 1-4 hours prior. Extended durations are available upon request.
What are your booking terms?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 14 days before your event. All bookings are subject to our rental agreement .
Can we customize the carts?
Absolutely. We offer custom branding, specific decor themes, and personalized sinage to ensure the cart fits your event's theme perfectly.
What locations do you serve?
We provide luxury rental services across greater Cincinnati including Northern Kentucky and the surrounding regions. Feel free to ask us if your specific location is in our service area.
What happens if there is rain?
Our equipment is best suited for dry conditions. We require a covered indoor or outdoor space as a backup plan to protect the artisanal finishes.
